Move over, T. Boone Pickens.

The Texas A&M System and a Spanish wind-power company plan to build what they are billing as the nation's largest wind turbine.

Gamesa Technology Corp.'s G10X, a 4.5 megawatt, 420-foot-tall turbine, will be built at a West Texas A&M University research facility in Canyon, officials announced this week.
